About Us

We are a family-owned Cloud Kitchen dedicated to providing the highest quality Indian cuisine made with the freshest ingredients. Our dishes are a fusion of traditional and unique flavors, inspired by our upbringing in India and our grandparents' village authenticity.

My Food Journey:

As a lifelong food enthusiast, my childhood summers were filled with memorable experiences and delicious meals shared with my paternal and maternal grandparents in Bellary, Karnataka and Gadwal, Telengana. It was always a joy and pleasure to spend time with them and these memories will stay with me forever.

 

@Bellary - During special events at our family's "Master CVV" Meditation center, hundreds of people would come and everyone would contribute to cooking a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes. We also had the opportunity to explore many local North Indian and Karnataka restaurants and visit their establishments, often staying with them on weekends. My Nannamma was known for her exceptional Upma, Masala Rice, Cauliflower curry, and Peanut & Tomato Chutney.

Notable dishes: Mirchi Bajji & Borugula Tiruvatha (Puffed rice), Cycle Kova, Set Dosa, Curd Vada, World's best Upma, Bagara Rice, Uthappam, Vaadappalu (Akki Roti), 7 cups sweet, Street Chaats etc.,

@Gadwal - Our family's traditional village upbringing included a wide variety of authentic vegetarian dishes, often prepared in a communal setting for special occasions. My Ammamma was an avid cook and enjoyed experimenting with new recipes. These experiences have greatly influenced our culinary preferences and the dishes we offer."

Notable dishes: Bagara Baingan, Jowar Roti, Special Sankranti Veg Curry, Onion chutney, Dosa, Pickles, Ariselu, Murukulu, Boondhi, Laddu, Bakshalu (puran poli) etc.,

My Mom - She is an exceptional cook with a diverse culinary repertoire, developed through her love of trying new cuisines and her passion for collecting recipes from various sources such as cooking channels, newspapers, and magazines. Through my father's career, we had the opportunity to live in various places throughout Andhra, Telengana, and Rayalaseema, which exposed us to a wide range of regional recipes and further enhanced our culinary knowledge and skills.

Notable dishes: Paneer dishes, Ven Pongal, Sweet Ravva Puri, Bisibela bath, Tomato soup, Mushroom dishes, Fryums, Kesari, Puri, Chole Kurma, Pesarattu, Noodles, Aloo Fries, various sweets, savory items etc.,

I have had the opportunity to travel to various places in India, including Kerala, Tamilnadu, Delhi, and Manali, for both work and leisure. During these trips, I have had the chance to try a diverse array of recipes and have been influenced by the culinary traditions of my family.

It has been my dream to start a food truck or restaurant where I can share delicious dishes with the world. It brings me great satisfaction when someone enjoys my food and is fully satisfied with their meal.

When I told my mother about my plans to start my own cloud kitchen, she shared the following wisdom with me, which I will always follow:
